Advanced Business Plan Website / Email
Hosting:
If the design of your website warrants, website hosting
can be upgraded from a Linux web server to a Windows web
server. To run features in a website such as Dynamic
web pages, XML or ASP a Windows environment is required for
your server. In addition the Windows web server allows
a variety of expanded services, available at additional
cost. These services include Windows SharePoint
Collaboration website services creating an intranet portal,
Webmail, Chat room, online Calendar & Bulletin Board System.

DNS MX-Record Change Fee:
This service fee covers changes made to the MX-Record
for a registered domain name. It covers the
specification of a primary (priority 10) and a secondary
(priority 20) mail URL and IP address designation. All
DNS records (including the MX-Records) are maintained on
Internet DNS servers and are responsible for routing traffic
to a particular Internet IP address. There can be
multiple reasons why DNS records may require changing. Some
are listed below:
● Changing Internet providers for either web or email
hosting.
● A local static IP address used by your server is changed by
your service provider.
● Your email or website domain name changes. |

URL Domain Transfer Fees:
This
service fee is accessed for the transfer of a
domain name registration from your existing registrator to
our ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and
Numbers –
www.icann.org) accredited agency. It also includes one
year of domain name registration subscription.

URL Domain Registration / Renewal Fees:
This
annual service fee covers the initial
registration of a domain name using our ICANN (Internet
Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers –
www.icann.org) accredited agency or the renewal of an
URL registration. |

Domain Forwarding Service Fee:
This annual service fee covers the
forwarding of a domain to another domain. Forwarding a
domain name enables you to direct incoming traffic from your
parked domain to an already existing website. Thus, when
someone attempts to access your domain, he or she is
automatically redirected to the specified website.
A parked domain is a domain name with domain
name servers (DNS) set to parked. Forwarding with masking
prevents visitors from knowing that they have been
redirected by securing that your domain name remains in the
visitor's browser's address bar when they are being
redirected, thus concealing the actual destination address.
The forwarding with masking option further enables users to
add a title, plus description and keywords meta-tag data to
the masked site. Title and meta-tag information is important
to a website’s search engine ranking, but does not influence
how IT is displayed. |

NOTES:

prices listed above cover the specified hosting service or one-time
fees only. They do not include the labor hours for administration
of the website or email accounts.
2. All
labor hours are charged at our normal hourly rate.
3. The
monthly hosting services do not include the applicable one-time
setup fees.
4. The
DNS MX-Record Change Fee is accessed anytime a change in the DNS
records is required. This will be at initial setup as well as
possibly at a future time when a change is necessitated by IP
address changes, etc.
5. A
separate DNS MX-Record Change Fee is accessed for each mail MX-Record
requiring changing.
6. All
prices listed above are current as of this writing but are subject
to change due to market influence.
